This perfect black cloche hat is hand blocked using an original vintage base . It is trimmed with black millinery petersham ribbon and has a spray of flowers on one side, pink silk and paper roses and a black vintage feather flower. It is so reminiscent of the roaring 20s , ideal for summer parties, picnics and weddings.
